About

One person. No layers. Just the work that matters.

I'm Richie Tyler (Artie) a digital solutions consultant based in Australia. I help small and medium businesses stop losing time to broken processes, disconnected tools, and software that doesn't quite fit.

After 15+ years building for the web - from enterprise platforms to scrappy startups - I noticed a pattern. Businesses kept paying for tools that almost worked. Spreadsheets filled the gaps. Staff did the same task forty times a week because two systems wouldn't talk to each other.

So I stopped building features and started fixing operations. I map how a business actually runs, find where time and money leak out, then build the thing that plugs the hole. Sometimes that's a Shopify theme. Sometimes it's a custom dashboard. Usually it's an integration nobody thought was possible.

I'm not an agency. There's no account manager between us. When you hire me, you get me - on the call, in the code, and accountable for the outcome.

How I Work

Strategy first, then the build.

01

Listen & Map

I start with your operations, not a wishlist. Where does time disappear? What breaks when someone's on leave? Where are you entering data twice?

02

Find the Leverage

Not everything needs fixing. I find the one or two changes that deliver the biggest return - and build a plan around them.

03

Build & Ship

I build the solution, test it with your team, and make sure it actually works in the real world - not just in a demo.

The best tool is the one your team actually uses. I build for outcomes, not applause.
